SAFARI COW

The classic beef cattle, Herefords were originally bred in England with the goal of producing quality beef from grass for a growing population. They are easily distinguished by their reddish hide and contrasting white faces and lower legs.

 Angus

At an average of 1410 pounds, Angus cattle are among the largest cattle, coming in a close second behind Herefords. They are solid colored, usually black, naturally polled, and adapt to a variety of weather conditions. It’s no wonder they are by far the most popular beef cattle.

Holstein

Holstein cows, known in Europe as Friesians, are distinguished by their black-and-white markings and known for prodigious milk production. The dairy breed averages 23,000 pounds of milk per year, or about 9 gallons per animal, per day.
