Simply load the soft foam rocket onto the launcher, grasp it firmly, and slap the plastic plunger at the base. Outdoor use in an open space is recommended, since there you can really see how far and high the Rocket can go. Yet the Pump Rocket can also be used indoors, since the foam Rocket’s soft tip makes it safe for fun play anywhere.
