The Balloon Helicopter was first introduced to the public at the Worlds Fair in 1928!  Todays version is unchanged from the original classic and includes two latex balloons and a propeller. Inflate a balloon, attach the propeller, and watch it go! The balloon whistles while it flies across the floor at lightning speed! Good old fashioned fun!
